Plan, organize, & direct the District's comprehensive financial, human resources, and payroll operations.  This role oversees complex financial activities, implements HR programs (including recruitment, negotiations, and employee relations), and manages the maintenance of employee benefits and District-wide payroll systems.  This role responds directly to the Superintendent.
